The holiday parade on State Street is a great tradition.  If you have not gone down to view it consider making the trip next year.  There are bands, dancers, representatives from various cultures and areas of the City, and other interesting sights.  Everything from luxury cars to ponies can appear in the parade.

As you can see from the photo above there is a nice turnout. So come and join in the fun.

If you happen to have an empty wholesale plastic milk delivery crate bring it along.  It will come in handy for seeing over the first few rows of spectators.
